The Dick Sadorf Benefit Online Auction
Dick Sadorf was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pulmonary Sarcoidosis, and required to live in Seattle, WA to undergo many treatments.
A live benefit was scheduled to help Dick and his wife Brenda with medical & living expenses associated with his diagnoses and lung transplant. The benefit was originally scheduled for April 2020 and rescheduled for October 2020, but due to COVID-19, both benefits were canceled.
Unfortunately, Dick passed away in September. All money raised from this online benefit will be used to help his family pay for Funeral & Medical expenses.

Shipping is available by UPS or Priority Mail at Buyers Expense. Actual shipping charges & $4.00 per lot handling fee. Shipping will be handled by the Smeltzer Auctions so allow 10 days for items to get shipped.
Items must be paid within 48 hours or payment will be charged to credit card on file.
Purchases will be paid to Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate LLC.
NO RESERVES
Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve, unless noted otherwise.
NO BUYBACKS
All sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate LLC may, under certain conditions, bid on behalf of the Seller, lien holder and/or pre-approved absentee buyer.
NO RETURNS
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, credit card charge-backs or adjustments.
PAYMENTS
Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate, LLC accepts the following forms of payment:
Cash
Credit Card-All major credit cards accepted. A 4% credit card fee will be charged to credit card payments. Items must be paid within 48 hours or payment will be charged to credit card on file.
Bank wire Transfer- A wire transfer fee of $15 will added to each transaction. For bank wire instructions call 406-377-1169.

Personal Check-Personal checks
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder at time of payment and the bidder assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES
The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate, LLC, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate, LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Dawson County, Montana.
GUARANTY AGREEMENT
By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate, LLC, of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney’s fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If, for any reason, Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate, LLC, is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Smeltzer Auctions & Real Estate, LLC, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
